#OVERVIEW


Nowadays, cyberspace, which is now essential for our daily life, leads to new cyber threats and attacks such as terrorism, crime, or industrial espionage. Therefore, it is highly required to research how to counter such threats and attacks. CSD 2014 mainly aims at providing the most recent challenges and advances in cyber security and defense. Also, this session intends to bring together the academic and industry working on different aspects, exchange ideas, and explore new research directions for addressing the challenges in cyber security and defense.

 

CSD 2014 seeks original contributions in, but not limited to, the following topic areas:

- Cyber Security

- Smartgrid Security

- Nuclear Cyber Security

- Security Policy about Cyber Space

- IoT Security

Authors are invited to submit original papers:

They must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or have submitted in parallel to any other conferences that have proceedings.

Each paper should be 10-15 pages long based on the Easychair style. Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper at the workshop.
