Abstract

In this article, we propose and evaluate a Disaster Information Common Platform. The disaster countermeasures headquarters has to transmit disaster information to residents rapidly at the time of largescale natural disaster. This platform is the common platform which transmits disaster information to residents through various information transmission medium. This platform has the function which automatically extracts necessary information from the digitized disaster information, and it also has the function which generates a transmission manuscript automatically in the template according the each information transmission medium. This platform can save a lot of time and trouble, and it can also transmit common information rapidly through various media and information transmission tools.
